Alexandra Matias Jewelry is the trading name used by Fonte de Valores, Unipessoal, Lda., holder of the taxpayer and registration number 510 156 371, with a share capital of €5,000, headquartered at Rua Castilho 59B, 1250-068 Lisbon, Portugal. This name will be used throughout these General Terms and Conditions to identify the aforementioned company.

Upon completion and payment of the order, Alexandra Matias Jewelry will send a confirmation email to the customer.
Order fulfilment depends on stock availability. If an item is unavailable, Alexandra Matias Jewelry will notify the customer, preferably via email, suggesting a new delivery date or, in the case of exclusive items, a similar replacement product if available. Customers may choose to cancel the order and request a refund if they do not accept the new terms.
Errors on the website regarding product descriptions, images, or pricing will be rectified, and contractual balance restored as if the error had not occurred.
Alexandra Matias Jewelry is not liable for delays or unavailability of items.
- Delivery:
Orders are delivered by a courier to the address provided by the customer, which cannot be a PO Box or hotel. Delivery charges are free for the customer.
Delivery typically occurs within 3 to 10 working days after payment confirmation, depending on the destination, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Customers bear responsibility for the consequences of non-collection of orders sent to the provided address.
- Cancellation:
Customers may cancel their orders within 14 days of payment confirmation, provided the product remains unused and is returned in its original condition.
To initiate a return, customers must contact Alexandra Matias Jewelry for a Return Authorisation Number.
Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned product, minus any applicable postage costs. Personalised or modified items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Payment:
Products can be paid for using the available electronic payment methods at the time of purchase.
- Pricing:
Product prices, displayed in Euros, include VAT applicable at the time of purchase. Alexandra Matias Jewelry reserves the right to update prices at any time.
The customer is responsible for any customs fees associated with international orders.
- Applicable Legislation and Forum:
All purchases made through www.alexandramatias.com are governed by these General Terms and Conditions and, supplementarily, by Portuguese law.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts in the District of Lisbon.
